Need a manual for a hobart d300 mixer

I need to know how to connect the electrical wires to the plug. it seems that every time I try to turn it on it starts slow but then it suddenly starts running fast. im looking for a driagram of the electrical plug to see if one of the ground cables goes into the plug.
