Guide :Food Mixers : D300 Stand Mixer

D300 I have a d300 with might be a sheared pin. A customer switched gears on the fly and it quit rotatting. I don't know how that assembly comes out. I have the bolts out of the top of the assembly but it does not budge and I am afraid to try and force it. Can you help me with some guidance or point me to a how to diagram? I would appreciate any help. Mark [email protected]
